Survey: e-Learning and Organisational Change

This survey is being conducted as part of the HELIOS project, co-funded by the European Commission. HELIOS is aimed at establishing a sustainable observation platform for monitoring the development of e-Learning in Europe in relation to policy objectives and at generating scenarios of e-Learning in future years.
