ITpreneurs Now Offering ITIL 2011 MALC Courseware

Classroom, Virtual Classroom and Blended Learning Formats Available.

ITpreneurs, the leading provider of competence development solutions for IT best practices, is now offering its Managing Across the Lifecycle course aligned to the 2011 edition of ITIL. Available in classroom, virtual classroom and blended learning formats, the course gives candidates the skills to support organizations' service deliveries by bridging the service lifecycle stages.

ITpreneurs Next Generation ITIL MALC

"The course's team-based approach allows professionals to build and maintain networks," says Sukhbir Jasuja, CEO, ITpreneurs. "This allows for the open exchange of best practices for professional and organizational benefits long after the course has concluded."

Building on the knowledge in Service Lifecycle and Service Capability courses, MALC focuses on business, management and supervisory objectives, purposes, processes, functions and these components' involvement in the Service Lifecycle. The scenario-based course takes candidates through a detailed case study, helping them translate concepts into practical skills in preparation for the MALC exam.

"This provides a wealth of information on not only the necessary processes associated with IT Service Management, but the reasoning and rationale behind them," says Sukhbir Jasuja. "Candidates learn the value of one combined service management practice, as opposed to separate subject areas."

The course is available to those who have completed the Service Lifecycle or Service Capability courses. The course is available in five-day classroom and virtual classroom formats, or a two-day blended format, which includes 15 hours of self-paced eLearning. Both formats utilize ITpreneurs' engaging, scenario-based approach to learning; however, for the first time, virtually the entire course is based on scenarios.
