Online education from distant dream to applicable reality | Technology Times Pakistan

Pakistan is one of the developing countries in the world. With the advancement in technology, we should focus on our prime goal that is ‘Quality  Online Education’.  Now days, online methodology has done wonders in almost every field of life, same thing it is doing in the field of education, as Technology Times Pakistan reports.

In every part of a country it is not feasible yet to provide quality education keeping that in mind online education plays a very essential role across the country.

Online education in Pakistan provided by few universities entitled as virtual University (VU), University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Allama Iqbal Open University. Instead of this there is an obvious gap between the theory and practical applicability in the industry.

As, Online education becomes the necessity for all the students across Pakistan to access remotely, there’s seen a rise in Google search results that many Pakistani startups boost online education which ultimately good for the economic development of a country.Online education startups in different cities such as 360training, EDXLink, Parhaie, pop up and many others with nominal online fee providing quality education. It provide a platform to the students that how to use theory practically when working in the industry...

EdTech Worx recently completed its ‘Marketing Essentials’ course online at the LUMS National Incubation Centre (NIC).Marketing varies both in theory and practice. Theoretically, marketing teaches different methods in which businesses can create greater awareness for their brands and products, various strategies and concepts such as ATL (above the line) and BTL (below the line) that can be used to target a specific audience, and techniques used to gather insights on consumer spending .

However, theoretical marketing does not teach students how to apply tools used in the industry to accurately gauge and evaluate real-time business problems. Filling in the gap between theory and practice, the Marketing Essentials course offered by EdTech Worx used real-life case studies of Telenor EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Khaadi, Omore, Sapphire, and Packages Limited and many others.
