Leveraging LMS for Managing Blended Learning: The Indian Perspective

In the Indian corporate L&D scenario, the Learning Management System (LMS) is fast gaining its place as a critical system to manage the learning and development activities for employees or external users (partners, suppliers, dealers, etc.). What is also noteworthy is that most LMS implementations in India are done with a clear view of managing more than just eLearning – a trend that is slightly different from other regions. In plain words, LMS is being used to manage blended learning.
