The country has come to a standstill owing to the global coronavirus pandemic. With schools being abruptly shut due to safety reasons, children have been ordered to stay home and most parents aren't prepared on how to handle quarantined children.

While we don't know how long schools will be shut, it is important that children keep learning. Unlike normal holidays when parents can plan a host of outings and workshops to engage their kids, at this moment none of that is possible. Children are bound inside their homes and are spending all their time indoors, constantly looking for an escape from the boredom.

The most obvious distraction is moving onto smart TVs, laptops and phones. Amidst the growing addiction to gadgets and gizmos, it is integral for the children to take a break from the digital world and invest this time in developing a new skill or enhance a hobby they didn't have time to earlier.
