Running between October 17 and October 24, Irish Book Week is a partnership between Bookselling Ireland and Publishing Ireland that seeks to celebrate the contribution that bookshops make to Irish culture, economy and revenue, and aligns with Ireland’s global reputation as a literary nation.

From Dublin city centre to Schull, West Cork, Ireland is bursting with gorgeous bookshops that need and deserve all the support they can get — plus, with six weeks of lockdown looming on the horizon, what better time to get cracking on that To Be Read mountain?...

To name a few more gems: The Reading Room in Carrick-in-Shannon, Co Leitrim; Dingle Bookshop, Dingle, Co Kerry; Woulfe’s Bookshop, Listowel, Co Kerry; and Woodbine Books, Kilcullen, Co Kildare.
