The fact that the average life expectancy of a company has dropped from around 67 years in the 1920s to around 10 years today1  demonstrates the uncertain and complex environment that all organisations are now operating in.

If you’re in any way responsible for the success of your organisation (and let’s face it – what employee isn’t?) then no doubt you are part of a strategy to respond to the rapidly changing environment we now operate in.

Whatever your organisation’s priorities are – building capacity and capability, addressing skills shortages and gaps, improving service delivery – degree apprenticeships can play a key role in helping you get there.

Don’t get left behind: let The Open Universit show you how.
