I’m among the ranks of Ontario parents weighing whether it’s safe to send a child back to school in our new pandemic world.

Mind you, I have little skin left in the game. Our youngest is in Grade 12 and prepared for the designated hybrid model that balances in-class instruction with 15 students and online work.

For thousands of other parents, teachers and students, especially those outside of London, the decision of in-school or online learning must be agonizing...
