Directed by Vikas Bahl and co-produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the movie traces the journey of mathematician Anand Kumar, who trains a batch of 30 underprivileged students, popularly known as ‘Super 30’, for free every year for entry into the coveted Indian Institute of Technology.
The trailer was released on Tuesday by actor Hrithik Roshan via his Twitter handle. “Not all Superheroes wear capes. It’s the ideas that make a nation. It’s the people who empower it. Presenting one such story from the heartland of India,” he tweeted.
The clip starts with Hrithik, a newly recruited teacher in a coaching class, asking a student about his interests. When the student says that he wants to be a computer engineer, Hrithik’s character replies with a laugh saying, “Ban jayega (It shall be done).”
