eLearning Company, Certification Game to Give Away a Half Million Dollars in New Customer Service Training Course

Certification Game, an Austin-based eLearning course developer, has launched its first game-based eLearning product, the Support Center Analyst course. In celebration of the milestone, the company will be giving away $500,000 in free courseware. 


Certification Game announced today that they have released their first eLearning course for the Support Center Analyst and will give away one complimentary course to anyone who participates in the zero cost trial of their online game-based customer service training course.

In celebration of this launch, Certification Game will be giving away a half a million dollars in free courseware to companies that request a no obligation trial.

A key company goal is to deliver an interactive eLearning platform that helps customer-facing agents and those wishing to begin a new career to have solid, practical experience and not just theory out of a book.

Certification Game has incorporated game mechanics into the courseware making a better user experience for the student; design and game elements have be incorporated to make learning more engaging and effective.
