The UNM School of Engineering is preparing for more than 250 young
scientists, engineers, researchers and mathematicians to be on campus
next month, inform The University of New Mexico - School of Engineering.
The annual Math Moves U is taking place Saturday, March 2 from 9 a.m.
to 3 p.m. at the Centennial Engineering Center. It is free, but registration is required, and can be done online.
The event will feature science, technology, engineering and math
(STEM) workshops geared toward students in sixth through ninth grades.
Students experience the career fields through hands-on learning and
problem solving.
