has over 25 years of experience in college mental health treatment,
administration, and policy. As founding director of McLean Hospital's
College Mental Health Program in Massachusetts, she conducts workshops
for higher education institutions, as well as to parents and students,
to help strengthen communication and increase supports. In this episode

mental distress on campus, how colleges can create better responses, and
how awareness of and supports for mental health issues should begin
