Dr. Jane Bozarth has been a training practitioner since 1989. In her years with North Carolina, USA state government she has served as Staff Development Specialist for DHHS, the Training Director for the Department of Justice, and the E-Learning Coordinator for the NC Office of State Personnel.
Jane's specialty, finding low-cost ways of creating or purchasing quality e-learning solutions, led to publication of "E-Learning Solutions on A Shoestring" and "Better Than Bullet Points: Creating Engaging E-Learning with PowerPoint". Her third book, "From Analysis to Evaluation", was published in 2008. Her newest book will be out in the Fall of 2010.
