- Dyonashe, who grew up in a township, placed first in her Grade 12 class in 2018

A teen, 17-year-old Khanyisa Dyonashe, is studying towards a degree in actuarial science. However, Dyonashe had to overcome several challenges to get where she is today by Maryn Blignaut,

Khanyisa Dyonashe, who comes from a disadvantaged background, has enrolled to study actuarial science at the University of Cape Town (UCT)

Khanyisa Dyonashe is an inspirational young woman for more than one reason - despite growing up disadvantaged, she's studying an extremely difficult field at UCT.

The 17-year-old grew up in Mdantsane, a township outside of East London, and she attended one of the country's notoriously underresourced schools, Good Things Guy reported...
