It’s estimated that more than 850 million children and youth – about half of the world’s students – have been forced to stay away from schools and universities because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Although students are in various conditions of lockdown, that doesn’t mean their isolation must lock them out of participating in the arts and other cultural activities that comprise a quality education.

The pandemic has required many social adaptations, and among the most creative are the various tools allowing remote access to cultural content and artistic performance enjoyed by so many students.
