MathAlive! comes to the Science Center | The Edwardsville Intelligencer

This 5,000-square-foot exhibit brings to life all of the different types of mathematics at work, whether in design, application or use, behind the things kids love most -- video games, sports, design, music, entertainment, space and robotics.

The exhibition uses immersive and innovative technologies to create fun experiences that help visitors understand how math is used in countless ways. This free special exhibition is designed to answer the age-old question: “Will I ever use all this math they’re teaching me?” 
This interactive exhibition explores diverse themes: Outdoor Action:  Adventure Sports   Future Style: Style and Design   Kickin’ It:  Entertainment Game Plan:  Video Games and Other Games Robotics and Space.

The Saint Louis Science Center is located at 5050 Oakland Avenue in St. Louis.
